DEW stands for Dark Eyed White. Notice he’s white, but not albino he’s got darkly colored eyes hence the “Dark eyed white” name. It’s early in the morning and he’s a DEW so it’s kind of a play on words as well. Hah, yes I’m so hip.

There are some slight changes to this picture like the border and the black and white coloring. I wanted to focus mostly on his face his goofy profile and his eye.

Aww! I've had Dark Eyed White rats before and I almost peed my pants when one of the litters came out albino. Toad is such a cutie and it's true you havent posted enough of him lately.

Toad gets mistaken for a rat often! By people who see me with him.

I don't think I've ever seen a dark eyed rat, just albinos. I used to have a pet rat named Izzy, MAN I miss her.

Well I've just got Toad now, he isn't a very "ferret friendly" ferret and he's pretty spoiled.

I used to have three other ferrets, one who is living with a lady who takes him to burn hospitals for children to pet him. He's deaf, and I named him Audio. He's really helped a lot of kids come out of their shells.

Yeah, Audio is doing good things.

Toad, he's been too spoiled since a very small baby to be able to enjoy the company of other ferrets. He does love kittens and cats and I just so happen to have two kittens he enjoys playing with.
